The Quality Assurance department ensures that all facets of the production process, from incoming raw material to the shipment of the completed products, meets or exceeds the required specifications.
The department is an integrated part of every phase of the manufacturing process, from the initial review of customer requirements, through the Part Qualification Team review process, product approval, and production.

Full Lot Traceability
In the rare event of a part failure for whatever reason, it is critical to find the source of the damaged part and remove or examine other components that were made at the same time. To that end, Top Tool provides full lot traceability to quickly and efficiently remedy any problems that have occurred and minimize the risk of incurring additional ones. Top Tool also provides lot batch controls for all orders requiring this level of control.
Lean (Continuous Process Improvement) CPI
